Water as it occurs in nature, whatever be the source, always contains impurities either in solution or in suspension. The determination of these impurities makes analysis of water necessary and removal and control of these impurities make water treatment essential.
The impurities present in water can be broadly classified as:
* Non ionic impurities or undissolved impurities
* Ionic impurities or dissolved impurities.
* Gaseous impurities.
Pre Treatment plants are majorly used for removingthe Non-ionic impurities from water. We supply Pre Treatment Plants to remove almost all non-ionic impurities present in water.
Our company is involved in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Flocculators and Clarifiers.
Features of Flocculators and Clarifiers:
* Flocculators are used for waste or surface water clarification, to optimize particles coagulation and flocculation.
* It is one of the most popular and proven processes used to treat contaminants for removal in water & waste water.
* While some systems settle solids out of the liquid stream by gravity, others use flotation methods to float the solids to the top to be skimmed away.
We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Inclined plate (lamella) clarifiers, Tube Settler.
Features of Tube Settlers:
* Tube settlers are based on innovative technologies that increase basin settling area by creating an inclined settling surface.
* Overall plant footprint can be reduced by upto 90% using these technologies.
* These products are used for clarification of water & other liquids from suspended & colloidal particles.
Our Company is involved & producing High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier (HRSCC), which is reliable & cost effective. The design features of the solids contact type clarifier provide the three zones necessary for proper clarification.
Features of HRSCC:
* Rapid mix zone, where raw water, recirculated precipitates & fresh reagents are rapidly mixed together.
* Slow mix zone, where gentle mixing permits floc formation & brings the floc into intimate contact with the suspended impurities.
* Clarification or settling cone, where the upward flow (rise rate) is reduced to a low value to permit the precipitation to settle out. This ensures a higher clarified water quality & greater tolerance to variations in inlet conditions.
